Watch on LinkedInI build partnerships and programs with entrepreneurs and educators across Canada.
Currently at Venture for Canada. I also run Growthway, a non-profit doing AI literacy work with Canadian K–12 independent schools.
Organizations rarely get stuck on the decision. They get stuck after it — when somebody has to work out what actually changes on Monday, who does it, and what gets dropped to make room for it.
At Venture for Canada that looks like partnerships. At Growthway it looks like AI policy and teacher training. Underneath, it is the same work.
Writing and video. Newest first.

Watch on LinkedInVenture for Canada is my job. Growthway is the non-profit I run.
Venture for Canada is a national charity that gets young and mid-career Canadians into entrepreneurial work. I own the partnership side of it — employers, universities and colleges, industry associations, chambers of commerce, government. The job is working out which organizations should know about the programs, then getting something real off the ground with them instead of signing an agreement and walking away.
Programs
National, with the ETA bootcamp moving city to city. Since 2021, more than 4,000 students have delivered projects for over 660 businesses.
A non-profit doing AI literacy and professional development for Canadian K–12 independent schools, built around CIS Ontario and CAIS members. Run from Ontario.
I work in the school’s own vocabulary. The standard is to leave something usable behind before I walk out — a policy draft, a rewritten assessment, a working tool.
Programs
Revel Academy, Ottawa: a three-hour faculty AI session in August 2026.
Education, workforce, partnerships, practical AI. Happy to compare notes.
